Chia Seed Granola

Who doesn’t love granola….weirdos that’s who!! Anyway shop brought granola is usually laced with sugar, so try making my healthy chia seed granola instead! It’s super easy to make, so no excuses!



Ingredients 

2 cups of oats 

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/4 cup of chia seeds

1/2 dried fruit

3 tbsp fruit syrup

3 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt
Method

1. Combine all the ingredients

2. Lay out on lined baking tray 

3. Toast for 20/25 mins

4. Allow to cool and store in and air tight container!!
I did say it was easy 😬😬
