Core Collective

Fitness is my thing. And I LOVE an invigorating fitness class, so when a friend of mine told me she had a free pass to Core Collective I jumped at the chance. 


Core Collective is studio based in Kensington which has a range of different classes. Most of these are HITT classes but there is also spin and CrossFit type classes. In addition there is Power yoga and Pilates. So if you are a fitness junkie like me then there is something for you here for sure!!!


The changing rooms are to die for and the kitchen is full of yummy healthy food that anyone will love! 
Core Collective reminds me a lot of LA, the decor, juice bar, bouji water and fabulous brunch. If I closed my eyes I actually felt like I was in LA 😂 .


The studios are dimly lit, full of great equipment and the music is on full blast!!

So, we did a class called Velocity, taken by a fab trainer….Chris! (Check out his insta for Fitness inspo @kingcobrachris) The class is a 45 min HIIT circuit training class made up of weights, cardio & body weight exercises! If you are scared of hard work or burpees then this class isn’t for you! 
Now I consider myself pretty fit and strong, however the class challenged me mentally and physically which left me feeling great! 9am Sunday classes aren’t made for the weak!!

Let’s talk prices….the classes can be quite expensive, however if you sign up to Class Pass you can pay monthly for a range of different classes across London for a lot less! They also have an introductory offer which can save you loads more too!! Thank me later Beauts! 😜
My friend and I had a scrumptious breakfast after our workout which was a lovely way to end the morning! 
I will for sure go back and try a few more classes! 😍
