Garlic & Chilli Kale

Due to the amount of absolute rubbish I have been eating over the last month I have decided to go on a 30 day clean eating challenge.

I am trying to incorporate as many ‘super foods’ as possible, but these can sometimes be so boring!!

Kale can taste like absolute sh**, so I made this last night to trick myself into thinking I wasn’t eating bitter grass 😂

It actually turned out quite nice!!


Ingredients 

3 garlic cloves

1 red chill 

1 large bag of kale

1/2 red onion

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp water

Salt & pepper


Method 

Finely chop the garlic, onion and chill 

Heat the oil in a wok or large pan and sauté the onions, garlic and chill

Add the kale and stir, add the water 

Cook for 10 mins, season and serve.
