Protein Blueberry Chia Oats

I’m normally not great at eating breakfast, but as I’ve been going to the gym more I’ve been trying to make an effort to eat a bit more.
Oats can be pretty boring so I like to fancy it up a bit.
Try this great Super Food breakfast I made this morning;

40g Oats
125ml Water
125ml Milk
1/2 Scoop whey banana protein
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Hand full of Blueberries
Drizzle of Honey
1. Add the oats, protein, milk and water and microwave for 2/3 mins (depending on your microwave)
2. stir through the Chia Seeds, add the Blueberries and drizzle with Honey and enjoy 🙂
Super easy..
I’m loving Chia Seeds at the moment, they are a great superfood with loads of benefits. The reason Chia Seeds are so beneficial is due to the fact they are rich in fibre, omega 3, protein, vitamins and minerals. 
I eat Blueberries all the time, they are one of my favourite fruits. I love the fact they are sweet and high in nutrients but low in calories.
I also like to ensure I eat Protein with each meal so I try to incorporate whey protein is some of my recipes where I can
This is a great breakfast that is high in protein, nutrients and minerals and it will fuel you for the morning!
